A 72-year-old Septuagenarian, Idris Ajao, and one Tajudeen Akonife, 48, were on Tuesday arraigned before an Osogbo Chief Magistrates’ Court for alleged possession of human skull.
Ajao and Akonfe are both facing two count charges of unlawful possession of human skull and conspiracy.
The Prosecutor, Supol Mireti Wilson, told the court that the culprits were arrested on Dec. 29, 2016 at Iwo, Osun.
Wilson said the accused persons conspired together to have at their possession one human skull without any genuine reason for such action.
He said the human skull was to be used as juju or charm.
He said the offense contravened sections 516 and 329(A) of the criminal code cap 34, vol. 11 laws of Osun, 2003.
The accused persons pleaded not guilty to the charges against them.
