Five top drug dealer suspects escape from NDLEA cell

Five high profile suspected drug dealers have escaped from the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA)custody  in Abuja.

It was gathered by “Daily Post” that the drug dealers fled from the NDLEA’s custody on Saturday afternoon after breaking the toilet window of their cell and scaled the fence to escape.

According to sources, it was learnt that five suspects escaped at NDLEA post command situated at suburb of Abuja.

The Sources said further that the NDLEA command are yet to re-arrest the suspected culprits

The identities of the suspects could however not be ascertained even as sources disclosed that suspects kept in the said cell were mostly high profile.

The source further revealed that they were already outside the fence running into a nearby bush before the armed guards on duty were alerted and a chase commenced to re-arrest them.

While no official of the agency was ready to speak on the escape, the agency, on Monday, used cement blocks to seal off the window through which the suspects
