Court begins hearing on bail applications of 20 pro-Biafra protesters

A Federal High Court in Port Harcourt has commenced hearing on the bail application of twenty pro-Biafra protesters in Rivers State.

The court has already heard the bail applications of some of the accused persons.

Trial Judge, Justice Uche Agomuo later adjourned the matter till January 29 for continuation of hearing on the bail applications.

The Police filed a fresh suit at the Federal High Court in Port Harcourt after two Magistrate courts in Port Harcourt declined jurisdiction on the matter.
