Corrections and clarifications:
On June 24, 2019, we published a report with the headline: ‘’Court orders arrest of Innosson’s CEO, Innocent Chukwuma.’’
The content captured how a Federal High Court in Lagos issued a bench warrant for the arrest and the production of Innoson Nigeria Ltd, CEO, Innocent Chukwuma, before the court.
Unfortunately, we used the wrong image of Mr Innocent Chukwuma, the Regional Director for West Africa, Ford Foundation, instead of Mr Innocent Chukwuma, CEO of the Innoson Nigeria Ltd. This is highly regretted.
Consequent upon the above, DAILY POST, in its continuous adherence to ethical value and professionalism, has pulled down the said image and replaced with the actual image.
DAILY POST, therefore, regrets the inconvenience(s) our use of the said image must have caused Mr Innocent Chukwuma, the Regional Director, Ford Foundation.
We wish to clarify that the error was caused by the similarity in their names. We wish to further state that it was not done with the intention to defame or malign Innocent Chukwuma, the Regional Director for West Africa, Ford, but a combination of technical and human error.
As we have now pulled down the image from our website, we urge readers and those interested in the report to henceforth disregard the earlier image used or anywhere it’s linked to us.
To report an inaccuracy, please email corrections@dailypost.ng
