Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh, has been warned to desist from making unguarded remarks in the media about his job and employer, by the executive committee of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
This was made known after the Executive Committee’s meeting in Abuja on Tuesday and Oliseh was told in clear terms that there will be sanctions, if his outburst was repeated.
“In line with global best practices, the committee decided that Coach Oliseh must henceforth report to the NFF General Secretary and the Technical and Development Committee, and should be ready to defend his entire program before the Committee, including invitation of players and training programmes,” the communique read.
The Technical and Development Committee’s recommendation that Oliseh’s personal assistant, Tijani Babangida, be disengaged was also approved.
