Brazil head coach, Tite has revealed his starting XI against Belgium in the 2018 World Cup quarter-final clash on Friday night at the Kazan Arena Stadium.
Tite’s men reached the last eight of this year’s tournament after beating Mexico 2-0 in the round of 16.
Real Madrid vice-captain, Marcelo, who was out with a back problem against Mexico, returns in place of Filipe Luis at left-back.
Manchester City midfielder, Fernandinho will start ahead of Casemiro in midfield, while Paris Saint-Germain forward, Neymar will lead the attack line alongside Man City’s Jesus and Chelsea’s Willian.
However, there were calls for Liverpool striker, Roberto Firmino to replace the out-of-form Gabriel Jesus in Brazil’s side after his goal against Mexico.
But Tite has decided to keep the faith in the City striker and Firmino must settle for a place on the bench.
Brazil’s starting XI against Belgium:
Alisson; Fagner, Silva, Miranda, Marcelo; Paulinho, Fernandinho, Coutinho; Willian, Jesus, Neymar.
The kick off time for the match is 7pm.
