Former France striker, Thierry Henry, has urged players of his national team, to go on and win the 2018 World Cup.

Henry, who is currently Belgium’s assistant manager, was in charge against his country on Tuesday night in the first semi-final clash.

Samuel Umtiti scored the only goal as Les Bleus qualified for the final, where they will face either England or Croatia on Sunday.

There was a lot of talk about if Henry would be supporting France or working with Belgium to eliminate Didier Deschamps men.

Although he remained quiet all through the buildup to the encounter, he has now publicly pledged his allegiance to his country.

When asked by a Téléfoot reporter what he thinks about the French side, he simply replied: “Tell them to bring it back home on Sunday.”
