Senegal, Africa’s last representative at the ongoing FIFA World Cup in Russia has crashed out of the tournament.
The West African country failed to reach the next round of the tournament as they were beaten 1-0 by Colombia.
Yerry Mina’s late goal gave the South Americans victory, thereby ending Senegal’s push for next round.
The elimination of Senegal means no African team is remaining in the ongoing World cup.
With the win against Senegal, Colombia now heads the Group H with Japan coming second.
Poland and Senegal crashed out of the tournament.
