The chairman of the Bauchi side, who will represent Nigeria in the 2017 CAF Confederation Cup, Isa Matori, revealed that the Technical Committee appointed by the club and headed by its Coordinator General, Auwalu Babajada screened over 10 coaches for the exalted positions before the choice of Babaganaru and Nikyu.

Matori told Goal, “We have appointed Mohammed Babaganaru as our technical adviser and Bala Nikyu as the chief coach.

“They were picked after a rigorous exercise by the Technical Committee chaired by our Coordinator General, Auwalu Babajada and other members of the committee.
