Henry Onyekuru, who is on loan at Anderlecht from Everton, will not be returning to the Premier League team in January, according to his representative.

Onyekuru who signed for Everton from KAS Eupen last summer, has scored six goals in nine mtches for Anderlecht so far.

As the Toffees struggle for firepower, there has been suggestions that the Super Eagles striker could be brought back.

“It’s unfortunate that he can’t join Everton till the summer, as there is no break clause in his loan deal and aside that he is not qualify for a work permit yet,” his intermediary told Owngoalnigeria.com.

“The plan for now is still the same like in the summer, which is spend a season on loan before returning back to Everton next summer to fight for a shirt in the team.”
