Senate President, Bukola Saraki has revealed what he told the family of murdered corps member, Linda Angela Igwetu who was killed by an operative of SARS on Wednesday.
DAILY POST had reported that Igwetu was allegedly shot dead on Wednesday by a SARS officer identified as Benjamin Peters. However, reacting, Saraki, alongside a video clip of his phone call to the Igwetu’s, said they deserved justice and it will be served.
He wrote, “Tonight, I spoke to Chinenye, Linda Igwetu’s sister. Such a tragedy.
“They deserve justice and I commit to doing my best to achieve this. May her soul rest in peace.”
