Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane has spoken in glowing terms about Monaco’s striker, Kylian Mbappe.
Madrid want the 18-year-old sensation, who scored 26 times in his breakthrough season with the Ligue 1 champions, to join their ranks this summer.
The La Liga champions need to get another centre-forward, following Alvaro Morata’s move to Chelsea, leaving Karim Benzema as the only recognized striker in the squad.
“He is very good,” Zidane told ESPN about Mbappe.
“He is a talent, he is 18 years old, he has personality.
“He is very good, very good as a player and has shown it all year, but he is not a player of mine.
“Apart from what I’m telling you, I can not tell you more.”
Monaco have however threatened to report “important” clubs to FIFA, over “multiple” illegal approaches for the player.
