Atiku Abubakar, former Vice President, has welcomed President Muhammadu Buhari from his four-day medical trip to the United Kingdom.

The presidential aircraft touched down at the presidential wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja at about 6:45pm.

“I went for further medical checkup. I am alright,” Buhari said.

Reacting on Saturday, Atiku wrote: “I welcome @NGRPresident @MBuhari back to the country from his medical trip to the UK.

“I pray that God continues to grant him good health and vitality.”
