Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger and the club’s chief executive, Ivan Gazidiz, have been spotted in Nice, as speculation increases that the Gunners could be poised to make a move to Monaco’s Kylian Mbappe.
Wenger was pictured in the south of France, along the French Riviera and looked deep in conversation with Gazidis, as they plan a busy summer of transfer acitivity.
Cote d’Azur Airport in Nice is the nearest location to Monaco and the presence of the two men, has only heightened speculation that a deal for Mbappe is on the cards.
Mbappe burst onto the scene last scene, scoring 26 goals in just 44 appearances, as Monaco clinched the Ligue 1 title and reached the semi-finals of the Champions League.
Arsenal will, however, face stiff competition for the 18-year-old’s signature, as both Manchester clubs and Real Madrid have also been strongly linked with the player too.
