Mamelodi Sundowns coach, Pitso Mosimane, has said that they will also try and beat Enyimba in Nigeria, following their 2-1 win at home in a CAF Champions League Group B fixture.

The South African club are now top with three points, while Zamalek of Egypt also have three points. Enyimba have zero point.

“We can now go to Nigeria and beat Enyimba again,” Mosimane said after the match on Wednesday.

“We have conquered the phobia of playing against Nigeria and I am proud of the boys.

“We may have scored some crappy goals and we conceded a goal which I warned them against because their player scored a similar goal against Abia Warriors in a recent Nigeria league game.”

Zamalek host Sundowns on July 17, while Enyimba’s next game is away to Zamalek on August 14.
