Despite being declared wanted by the Nigerian government, Pan Niger Delta Civil Society Groups still went ahead to celebrate the 46th birthday of militant leader, Government Ekpemupolo otherwise known as Tompolo.
Tompolo who has been in the bad book of the Nigerian government and has since been declared a wanted man was born April 12, 1971.
