Wande Coal, Don jazzy owe me – Konga [VIDEO]

Nigerian rapper, Konga has claimed to have helped singer Wande Coal to climb the ladder of success in the music industry.

According to him, he introduced Wande Cole to D’banj and Don Jazzy at a show some years back but was left out after he became popular.

Speaking in an interview with GoldmyneTV, Konga said Wande Coal owes him for his stardom but keeps ignoring his calls to feature in his songs.

“I remember I was performing baby konga somewhere then. I was the rave of the moment.

“When Wande Coal stepped up to me and was like ‘ahh baba your boy dey here, baba wetin dey for your boy na’ and I was like okay, follow me. I took him to Don Jazzy.

“Two things were on my mind then, it’s either I ask Wande Coal to be my backup artist or give him to Dbanj and Don Jazzy because they needed a backup then.

“So I gave him to Don jazzy because he was going to shine more there.

“God just spoke to me, so I told Don jazzy to listen to Wande’s song and he sang ‘ololufe’

“After one or two verses, Don Jazzy gave him his number and asked him to call him the next morning, and I was like Don Jazzy na so? And he said no worry we go see.

“After all, Don jazzy or Wande Coal since then has not called to say thank you.

“I’m also not happy with when I called wande cole and Don Jazzy to feature on my song and they started acting up even

“Its not fair; you should remember how the whole thing started in case of next time, that’s not the way life should be

“Don Jazzy owes me a favour and it’s not fair, I have moved on with my life even before l came into this game. I did baby konga and it became a world class hit.

“They could not even say ahh Konga thank you oo, we don make so much millions, we appreciate.

“They don’t even pick my call, not like I’m asking for my own share or anything like that.

“We should be good to each other that’s why we are one Nigeria.”
