Rescue officials have found the two remaining bodies from Wednesday’s helicopter crash in the Lagos lagoon. This brings to six the number of people that died from the unfortunate incident.

The two bodies are believed to be that of the co-pilot, Peter Bello and one other person who were in the chopper but could not be found after the crash.

Yesterday, ten people – four dead and six rescued – were retrieved from the lagoon hours after the crash. Rescue officials are now putting the Thursday’s corpses into body bags.

Recall that DAILY POST had reported that a co-pilot, Peter Bello of the ill-fated helicopter was yet to be found.

It was reported earlier that the 26-year-old co-pilot and one other person were among the 12 people on board the chopper whose bodies were not found.
