Two expatriates abducted by gunmen in Kaduna have been released.
The assailants had on Wednesday abducted two foreigners – an American and a Canadian – after they killed policemen attached to them.
The incident happened at Kagarko Local Government Area of the state.
Commissioner of Police, Mr Agyole Abeh confirmed their release on Saturday morning.
Abeh told newsmen that the two foreigners were rescued by the police at Jere area in Kagarko.
He said “One suspect has been arrested in connection with the abduction of the four expatriates.
“The two foreigners were rescued by the police at Jere area in Kagarko Local Government Area the state. More details will be disclosed later.”
