Reports reaching DAILY POST have it that the election petitions tribunal sitting in Jalingo, Taraba state, has nullified the election of a Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, senator, Bashir Marafa, representing Taraba Central Senatorial district.
The Tribunal, in its ruling on Wednesday, ordered that the candidate of the All progressives Congress, APC, Yusuf A Yusuf should be given the Certificate of Return as the lawful winner of the election.
