Transition: Jonathan, Buhari in closed-door meeting

There is an ongoing closed-doors meeting between President Goodluck Jonathan and the President-elect, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), DAILY POST has learnt.

The meeting is currently holding inside the new Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

This is the second time the duo would be meeting after the presidential election.

Jonathan is expected to hand over power to Buhari come May 29.

It was gathered that Gen. Buhari arrived for the meeting at exactly 3pm.

Jonathan also joined him from his office at the venue in company of his Principal Secretary, Hassan Tukur.
