Paris Saint-Germain manager, Thomas Tuchel has finally commented on report linking his striker, Edinson Cavani with a summer move away from the club to join Real Madrid.
Cavani has been linked in recent weeks to join the Champions League holders in Spain since the departure of forward, Cristiano Ronaldo from the Santiago Bernabeu to Juventus.
Madrid see Cavani as the man to help cover the loss of Ronaldo’s goals at the Los Blancos.
Speaking about Cavani’s future at PSG, Tuchel told reporters: ” I think Cavani will stay at PSG, I’ve been told anything and I think that he will remain.
“The player did not announce any interest in leaving the team.”
Cavani has scored 167 times for PSG in 197 matches, since he moved to Paris from Napoli in 2013.
