Paris Saint-Germain sporting director, Leonardo, has dismissed reports that Neymar has been removed from Thomas Tuchel’s playing group.
Neymar has not featured for PSG since May 11.
“It’s wrong. He is not removed from the group.
“He follows his personalised rehabilitation program. He’s a Paris Saint-Germain player, he’s still in Paris for three years, so do not forget.
“We must analyse everything, we must fix everything before he can play again,” Leonardo told RMC Sport.
The Brazil forward also missed the entirety of the Copa America with an ankle ligament injury.
Neymar has since been linked with a move to Spain, with both Real Madrid and Barcelona interested.
