Paris Saint-Germain have confirmed the arrival of Ander Herrera on a five-year deal.
Herrera leaves Manchester United as a free agent, after refusing to extend his stay at Old Trafford.
The Spanish midfielder will continue to wear the same 21 shirt he donned at United.
Herrera spent five seasons with the Red Devils, winning the FA Cup, League Cup and Europa League during that time.
“This is a sad moment to be honest because I’ve enjoyed the past five years with this club.
“I want to thank the fans for all they have done for me. I will never forget the way I have been treated by the fans, whether I’ve been playing or whether I’ve been somewhere else.
“As soon as you give everything for the club, they will support you and love you and I’ve found that,” the 29-year-old told United’s official website upon his departure.
