Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, says he wants midfielder, Jack Wilshere to sign a new contract at the club.
Wenger disclosed this to English press on Thursday: “We know what we want. We want him to stay,” he said.
“After that we have to find a financial agreement with Jack that is good for him.
“That’s what we’re trying to do.”
Meanwhile, Juventus Director General, Beppe Marotta, admitted that the Italian giants are still interested in signing Liverpool midfielder, Emre Can.
Moratta told Sky Sports Italia on Thursday: “Emre Can is a player whose contract is running down, so it allows us to approach him for negotiations and that is the course we have taken,”
“I can’t say if he could sign a new contract with Liverpool, but I can say we will try all we can to get the player. Obviously, we have to respect what the player wants.”
