Arsenal forward, Alexis Sanchez has reportedly agreed contract terms with Manchester United.
Sanchez was not part of Arsenal squad that were beaten 2-1 by Bournemouth on Sunday afternoon.
Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger explained that the forward was,”being vague at the moment.”
Wenger also confirmed that the forward’s departure was “imminent.”
Manchester City had been expected to conclude a deal for the Chilean international this month after Arsenal pulled the plug on their £60 million transfer in the closing stages of the summer window.
But as it stands, United are favourites to land the 29-year-old after beating the Citizens with their offer
The Red Devils are willing to make Sanchez the highest-paid player in the league, with a £400,000-a-week contract.
Jose Mourinho’s side are also ready to offer £30 million to the Gunners, which is only £5m below the Gunners’ asking price.
Gianluca Di Marzio, reports that United have reached an agreement with Sanchez and his representatives.
