Roma striker, Edin Dzeko and left full back, Emerson Palmieri, have agreed to join Premier League champions, Chelsea.
Chelsea are closing in on the final stages of the double deal, according to reports in Italy.
The Blues are looking to recruit a new forward who will provide backup for Alvaro Morata, who is without a goal in his last six appearances.
An insider at Roma told Il Tempo, that Chelsea have already agreed a €60 million (£53m) deal with the Italian side to sign Dzeko and Emerson this month.
The deal is broken down as a €50m (£44m) payment plus €10m (£9m) in bonuses.
The newspaper claims that ‘minor details’ have to be agreed between Dzeko and Chelsea but the former Manchester City forward has accepted a move to Stamford Bridge and is willing to live in London.
Emerson meanwhile, has already agreed to join the Blues and will also be heading to the Stamford Bridge alongside Dzeko.
The Brazilian full-back is wanted by Chelsea as competition for Marcos Alonso on Antonio Conte’s left flank
The 23-year-old has barely featured for Roma this season due to a serious knee injury and would be available to play for Chelsea in the Champions League this season.
Il Tempo also reports that Roma’s sporting director Monchi is already working on signing replacements for the two players.
