Barcelona captain, Lionel Messi has told the club to sell six players in this summer’s transfer window.
According to Don Balon, the six players include: Ivan Rakitic, Philippe Coutinho, Sergi Roberto, Nelson Semedo, Arthur Melo and Kevin-Prince Boateng.
The report claimed that Messi is “fed up” with the situation at Barcelona and wants the club’s president, Josep Maria Bartomeu, to sell the players this summer.
This is coming after Barcelona’s 2-1 shock defeat to Valencia in the Copa del Rey final over the weekend.
Goals from Kevin Gameiro and Rodrigo ensured Valencia defeated Ernesto Valverde’s side.
However, Lionel Messi did score a goal for the La Liga Champions.
