Transfer: Mata in shocking move to join Premier League rivals from Man Utd

Manchester United midfielder, Juan Mata will likely leave the club to join Premier League rivals, Arsenal.

Mata’s contract with Man United will expire at the end of the season and the Spaniard could leave Old Trafford as a free agent.

The 30-year-old has been urged to quit the Red Devils due to his lack of regular playing time.

According to Mirror UK, Arsenal are willing to sign Mata as a free transfer from Man United.

The report also claimed that Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona are all interested in Mata.

Mata played under Arsenal manager, Unai Emery during their time at Spanish La Liga side, Valencia.

Mata will hope to feature for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side when they tackle Arsenal on Friday night in the FA Cup fourth round tie at Emirates.
