Brazilian ace, Marcelo has responded to claims that he wants to join Cristiano Ronaldo at Juventus.
Ronaldo swapped Real Madrid for Juventus last month and reports followed that the left-back would join his former teammate in Turin.
Marcelo has been an ever-present for Real Madrid for well over a decade and, having won the Champions League four times, may be tempted to leave for a new challenge.
Speaking to newsmen ahead of Los Blancos’ UEFA Super Cup showdown with Atletico Madrid, the 30-year-old said, “Me at Juve with Ronaldo? I do not want to talk about it now, we’re here for a final and it’s not the time.”
Talking about tonight’s clash, Marcelo claimed Atletico Madrid have improved ahead of Super Cup.
“We are excited to play another final and to defend the team colours,” he added.
“We are looking forward to playing and winning.
“Every game is different and finals are also different.
“They have improved and so have we.
“It will be a hard fought match, we want to play well and both teams are great right now, and in a final, anything can happen. It’ll be a great game.”
