Transfer: Man United finally agree £80m deal with EPL club for top defender

Manchester United have finally agreed terms with Leicester City over an £80million move for top defender, Harry Maguire.

This claim was made by respected football expert, Dean Jones, who works for Bleacher Report.

Jones made this known through his official Twitter page on Sunday evening.

He wrote: “United finally agreeing terms on the £80m Maguire deal.

“Mad amount of money to spend on him and Wan-Bissaka this summer but also very necessary.”

Maguire has been targeted by Manchester United after another impressive campaign with The Foxes.

He has been a Leicester player for two years, joining in a £17million move from Hull in 2017.

The former Hull City star was a target for former Man United manager, Jose Mourinho, last summer, but the club was put off by Leicester’s valuation.
