Romelu Lukaku has said a decision on his Manchester United future will be made next week.
Lukaku is a target for Inter Milan boss, Antonio Conte, after slipping down the pecking order at Old Trafford.
United however want to recoup the £75m they paid Everton for Lukaku.
The Belgian striker was not involved as the Red Devils began their pre-season campaign with a 2-0 win in Perth.
But reporters managed to ask him about his future, as he made his way out of the Optus Stadium.
Asked if a decision had been made, Lukaku responded: “You guys will know something next week.”
Inter made an official approach to United for Lukaku last week, with sporting director Piero Ausilio jetting into London.
