Leicester City boss, Brendan Rodgers, has warned Manchester United they must break the world-record fee for a defender, to land Harry Maguire.
Maguire scored as the Foxes beat Cambridge United 3-0 on Tuesday.
Rodgers speaking after the game, insisted he is under no pressure to sell the player and says the club are yet to receive an offer close to his valuation.
Last week, Rodgers confirmed they had rejected two bids from United for the centre-back, with the club believed to be holding out for a fee of over £80million.
“The club is in a great state of health because there’s no pressure to sell any player. And if a player does leave Leicester City, the valuation will have to be met.
“We have a top level player, looked at by top level clubs. I respect that because I understand why they would, but there’s been no offer near to our valuation that that would even make us have a look.
“How he has handled it has been fantastic. Harry has never wavered,” Rodgers said.
