Premier League club, Wolves have signed Real Madrid defender, Jesus Vallejo, on a season-long loan for the 2019-20 campaign.
Real Madrid made this known in a statement posted on the club’s official website on Saturday.
The statement read: “Real Madrid C. F. and Wolverhampton Wanderers FC have reached an agreement over the loan of Jesus Vallejo for the forthcoming season in a deal running until 30 June 2020.”
Speaking after completing his move to Wolves, Vallejo wrote on Twitter: “Hello Madridistas.
“I am very happy to have extended my link with Real Madrid. After a lot of hard work and sacrifice, this moment of joy has finally arrived.”
“I’m very happy. Thank you so much to @Wolves for this opportunity and to the fans for this warm welcome.
“I’m looking forward to training and playing with my teammates #Wolves.”
