Transfer: Jerome Boateng calls Mourinho to reject Manchester United move

Bayern Munich defender, Jerome Boateng, has called Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho, to inform him he will not sign for the Premier League giants.
Sport Bild’s Christian Falk revealed this via his Twitter page on Tuesday night.
“Exclusive: @JB17Official Jerome Boateng called José Mourinho to tell him personally that he is grateful for the interest, but he won’t come to Manchester.
“No Transfer to @ManUtd @SPORTBILD @BILD_Sport,” Falk wrote.
United reportedly made official contact with the Bundesliga champions over a transfer for Boateng on Sunday.
Mourinho is keen to reinforce his defence and talks between the two clubs took place, following United’s pre-season friendly defeat at the Allianz Arena at the weekend.
