Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola has decided to battle Premier League rival, Manchester United for Juventus defender, Joao Cancelo, Goal reports.
According to the newspaper, Guardiola has his heart set on the right-back and wants Man City to sign Cancelo for £44million.
The report claimed that City are in talks with Juve over the possibility of signing the player.
The report also claimed that Cancelo could be Guardiola’s first signing this summer as he prepares to offload the right-back, Danilo.
Cancelo was wanted by Manchester United this summer’s transfer window.
