Arsenal have sent goalkeeper, Matt Macey, out on loan to League One club, Plymouth Argyle for the 2018/2019 season.
The 23-year-old was the third-choice goalkeeper under Arsene Wenger last season.
He made his first two appearances for the club, playing against Red Star Belgrade in the Europa League and Norwich in the Carabao Cup.
However, Macey never looked close to challenging Petr Cech or David Ospina for regular playing time and has fallen down in the pecking order, following the signing of Bernd Leno and the return of Emiliano Martinez from a loan spell.
It’s Macey’s third loan move since joining the Arsenal academy in 2013, having had previous stints at Accrington Stanley and Luton Town.
