Transfer: Champions League club ‘agrees personal terms’ with Chelsea star, Cahill

Champions League club, Galatasaray have agreed personal terms with Chelsea defender, Gary Cahill.

According to Fanatik, the Turkish Super Lig giants have until Saturday to complete the deal with the Blues for the ex-England international signature.

The report also claimed that Galatasaray will have to sell Brazilian defender, Maicon before August 31 transfer deadline to raise funds for Cahill’s transfer from Stamford Bridge.

Cahill, who featured at the 2018 World Cup in Russia for the Three Lions, on Tuesday retired from international football.

“In terms of my international future I think it is time I take a step back,” Cahill told Chelsea TV.

“Now I feel is the right moment to do that, I feel hugely proud of what I have achieved in terms of over 60 caps, I have captained my country on a few occasions which is a huge honour.”
