Transfer: Caglar Soyuncu reveals date he will sign for Arsenal

Freiburg defender, Caglar Soyuncu, has revealed that his move to Arsenal can be finalised within the next two weeks.

The 21-year-old is on Arsenal’s shortlist for the summer transfer window but the Bundesliga club are holding out for a £35 million fee.

The Turkey international has confirmed that the Gunners have held discussions with Freiburg but an agreement has not yet been reached.

“I am very thankful now that I have had a good season,” Soyuncu told beIN Sports.

“I have spoken with the Arsenal about the offers.

“It is still early but things will be clear in one or two weeks.”

Soyuncu moved to Freiburg from Altinordu in 2016 for a fee of less than €3million.
