Bayern Munich have incredibly entered the race to sign Lille winger, Nicolas Pepe.
According to The Sun, the Bundesliga champions have emerged favourite to sign the Ivorian ahead of English Premier League, EPL, giants, Manchester United and Liverpool.
The report claimed that Bayern were looking for replacements for Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben, who left the club last season after winning the domestic title.
Pepe has drawn interest from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side and Jurgen Klopp’s men in recent weeks.
The Ivory Coast international scored 22 goals in all competitions for Lille last season.
He also helped his club to qualify for next season’s Champions League.
