Arsenal have entered the race to sign Nigeria U23 international Emmanuel Dennis, according to Fanatik.

The player is also being hunted by French giants, Lyon.

Both Arsenal and Lyon are said to have tabled their bids in the region of £12m to Club Brugge for the winger.

Arsenal manager, Unai Emery, is believed to be in the market for an attack-minded player.

Forward Danny Welbeck is set to leave the Emirate Stadium on July 1 and there is uncertainty surrounding the futures of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette, who have been linked with Guangzhou Evergrande and Barcelona, respectively.

Dennis contributed 10 goals (7 goals, 3 assists) in 32 appearances across all competitions last season.

The 21-year-old has a contract with the Belgian side until the end of the 2020-2021.
