Arsenal have reportedly agreed to a deal to send goalkeeper, David Ospina, on loan to Turkish club, Besiktas.

According to Turkish newspaper, Fanatik, the North London club have given the Colombian international the green light to sign for the Super Lig side but are holding out over a higher buyout clause.

The report claimed that the Gunners want to offer a £7.1million price tag on Ospina, adding that the Black Eagles would prefer to pay £2million less for a permanent move next summer.

Ospina had made only 11 appearances for the Emirates club in the last three seasons.

The shot-stopper was left out of Arsenal’s 2-0 defeat to Manchester City on Sunday.

Goals from Raheem Sterling and Bernardo Silva in either halves of the match ensured that City defeated Unai Emery’s men at the Emirates Stadium.
