Arsenal have received an enquiry for Shkodran Mustafi from Monaco, L’Equipe reports.
Mustafi has endured a difficult spell at the Emirates, since his move from Valencia in 2016.
The German defender was booed during Sunday’s 2-1 defeat to Lyon in the Emirates Cup and was caught out for the visitors’ winning goal.
Arsenal value Mustafi at around £30m this summer, although it remains to be seen if they would be willing to let him go.
Unai Emery was ready to cash in on the 27-year-old, after failing to secure Champions League football.
But with Laurent Koscielny having no future at the club, the Gunners may be reluctant to let Mustafi go without signing a replacement.
