Arsenal have officially announced the arrival of Dani Ceballos from Real Madrid.
The Spanish midfielder joins the Gunners on a season-long loan deal and will wear the number 8 shirt vacated by Aaron Ramsey, who is now a Juventus player.
“We’re excited to see Dani join us.
“He is a talented player with big technical ability, creativity and precision,” Arsenal manager, Unai Emery, told the club’s official website.
In July 2017, Dani signed for Real Madrid on a six-year deal, making his competitive debut a month later.
The highly-rated 22-year-old took part in this summer’s European Under-21 Championship, scoring two goals as Spain lifted the trophy.
Ceballos will be available to make his debut at the Emirates Cup this Sunday.
