France midfielder, Paul Pogba, has made a bizarre claim that the World Cup in Russia could be his last.
Pogba has come under criticism for his lukewarm form for both the national team and Manchester United.
And speaking ahead of their final Group C clash against Denmark, he said: “It might be my last World Cup.
“I’m realistic, we don’t know if I’ll be called up, maybe other players will be better than me.
“I hope I’ll play more. I’ve already had the chance to play two, some can only dream to play one.”
France have already qualified for the last 16 and will secure top spot if they avoid defeat.
