Former France manager Laurent Blanc, has confirmed that he will meet officials of Paris Saint-Germain on Monday, to discuss taking over from Carlo Ancelotti.
The Italian is set to become Real Madrid’s new manager, but the club have not been able to secure a replacement yet, with Andre Villas-Boas and Fabio Capello turning down the job.
However, the 47-year-old Blanc admits he is keen.
“I’ll be in Paris on Monday for discussions. There is a good chance that I will sign,” he told Le Parisien.
“I cannot say much more for now, we’ll know more later in the week. PSG is a great opportunity, it is a very good club. This is very interesting.”
