The future of Nigeria is bright under Buhari – Obasanjo

Former President, Olusegun Obasanjo on Friday assured that the country was set to witness socio-economic and political development under the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Obasanjo made this known while interacting with the national leadership of the National Association of Nigerian Students, NANS, who paid him a courtesy call at his hilltop residence in Abeokuta, the capital of Ogun State.

While pledging his readiness to continue working for the success of the country, the former President tasked citizens to play their parts in the Nigerian project, urging them to meaningfully criticize the administration where necessary.

The NANS executive led by its vice President, Mr Oluwatosin Ogunkuade, said they were in Abeokuta to solicit the continued deployment of Obasanjo’s leadership quality in the onerous task of national development.
