A suspected ritual killer, Ifeanyi Dike, who defiled and killed an 8-year-old girl, Victory Chikamso, has escaped from police custody.
Dike, who was nabbed by a local vigilante group in Eliozu area of Port Harcourt and handed over to the police, escaped Sunday night.
DAILY POST reports that the police have begun manhunt for the fleeing suspect.
It would be recalled that Dike had removed the eyes, vagina, finger and tongue of his victim prior to his arrest.
