The ranking released on Friday, also confirms the seven-time African champions as the number one team on the continent.
Banyana Banyana of South Africa are the biggest movers in Africa. After making their debut at the football event of the 2016 Olympics, they are now 48th in the world.
The United States of America (USA) are still the number one country in the world.
They are closely followed by Olympic champions Germany, France in third, Canada fourth and England fifth.
