Super Eagles defender, Elderson Echiejile, has vowed that Nigeria will never miss out on any Africa Cup of Nations tournament again.
The former African champions have been absent from the last two AFCONs.
“We have missed three of the last four editions. I don’t think the Eagles will miss any again,” he told CompleteSports.
Echiejile recently returned to Monaco from his loan spell at Standard Liege, having featured in 10 matches for the Belgian club.
The left-back says he is ready to continue from where he stopped with his French team.
“I’m ready to bring my experience to the pitch and ensure we win all the trophies available and at our reach,” Echiejile added.
“I will speak to Coach Jardim, and I’ll know the role the club wants me to play.
“I’m ready for this new challenge and the motive is to become champion of France once again.
“I believe we have what it takes to do it.”
